Use of the app

Use of Believe is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Believe app, brand, design, text, software, and related materials are owned by Nosey Suze Pty Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or source code.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that courts located in New South Wales, Australia will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to Believe.
